BMG hires new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
BMG announced that Will Nawar has been brought on board as their new CFO. Will began his new role on February 2, 2026.
Mr. Nawar has been brought on board to oversee all financial functions at BMG and play a key role in supporting BMG’s long-term growth strategy, operational excellence, and continued focus on value creation.
As the head of BMG’s financial operations, he will be tasked with developing an inclusive, high-performing business model and fostering a collaborative culture that supports accountability, development, and shared success. Will is a proven finance executive with extensive experience driving top-line growth, improving profitability, and leading organizations through complex transformations in dynamic environments. He brings a strong track record of identifying, developing, and executing strategic initiatives at both corporate and operational levels, with deep expertise in financial leadership for multi-site and global businesses.

He is known for delivering results by strengthening financial processes, optimizing working capital, improving margins, and partnering closely with operations to translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes.
From a global perspective, Will will lead BMG’s efforts to develop financial strategies for the business worldwide as it continues to strengthen its commitment to continuous improvement and high-performance thermoforming solutions. His decades of senior finance leadership roles at publicly traded, private equity-backed, and multinational organizations, where he led major initiatives, including finance transformations, ERP implementations, supply chain optimization, cost-reduction programs, and business turnarounds, will help in continuing to build BMG’s leadership position as an innovator in the manufacture of industry-leading thermoforming technologies.

BMG hires a new Director of Operations
BMG is excited to announce that Don Dobler has joined the team as Director of Operations to Drive Manufacturing Excellence and Growth.
Mr. Dobler, who joined BMG back in March of 2026, brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operational leadership across a wide range of industries and verticals worldwide. He has a proven track record of driving performance, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative customer-focused solutions. As a driving force behind discovery, he has been tasked with working on creating what’s next for their customers and the thermoforming industry at large. In his role as Director of Operations, Don will oversee the overall operational strategy and companywide execution, focusing on driving growth, improving performance, and supporting BMG’s long-term objectives in the thermoforming market.
Most recently, Don served as General Manager of Operations at Conair, where he led extrusion operations, aligned production and engineering strategies with company objectives, and drove continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex capital projects, developed high-performing teams, and implemented data-driven processes to optimize operations.

BMG hires new VP of Global Marketing and Product Strategy
BMG announced that Collin Sullivan has been hired as VP of Global Marketing and Product Strategy. Collin began his new role on October 1, 2025.
Mr. Sullivan has been brought on board as the head of a team to develop and execute global marketing and product strategies that will set the course for strengthening BMG’s industry leadership in thermoforming.
He will also be tasked with oversight of product lifecycle management from concept through global commercialization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. In this role, Collin will also collaborate closely with internal and external marketing teams to drive innovation, technology, customer care, and advance marketing directives, while consistently coordinating these efforts to continue positioning BMG as a market leader in thermoforming technologies that will benefit our clients and the industry at large.
Collin brings a team-first approach and over 20 years of global experience in packaging development, material handling, and industrial manufacturing. He has held leadership roles with organizations including Rexnord, Wacker Neuson, CST Industries, and, most recently, ProVeyance. He will continue to leverage this extensive background to help the BMG team win by advancing global marketing and product strategy initiatives applicable across several verticals within the global thermoforming industry.

BMG hires a new North American System Sales Manager
Industry veteran Bob Brubaker has joined the BMG sales team.
BMG has added another all-star to its roster. Bob Brubaker has joined BMG as their new System Sales Manager and took those reins back on March 15th of this year. This new addition is a key step in strengthening their North American sales organization and will be foundational to accelerating the continued growth of BMG’s industry-leading thermoforming product lines.
Mr. Brubaker will lead sales efforts across North America, with a strong focus on expanding market presence and driving new revenue opportunities for BMG products. He has a well-vetted, deep understanding of the thermoforming industry, built on his technical expertise and industry relationships, which have positioned him to quickly identify growth opportunities, support their customers at a high level, and lead efforts at BMG to capture additional market share in key verticals.
Bob brings an impressive technical and commercial background to BMG, spanning the entire thermoforming industry. He began his career with Brown Machine in Beaverton, MI, back in 1999 as an electrician, then moved into a technical service role and ultimately advanced to Western Sales Manager, where he led sales of Brown Machine equipment. After leaving Brown in 2010, Bob continued to build a diverse and well-rounded background by working with several leading thermoforming customers and suppliers, including Sabert, TO Plastics, Battenfeld, Dart, and Sonoco. During this time, he held a variety of leadership and technical roles, including Engineering Manager, Process Engineer, North American Sales Manager, and Technical Manager. Bob returned to BMG from 2023 to 2025, further strengthening his connection to the organization. He rejoins BMG, continuing to contribute his extensive industry knowledge and experience to the corporation.

BMG hires a new VP of Global Aftermarket Parts and Services
BMG has brought in a seasoned veteran to guide its aftermarket parts & services offerings.
They are excited to announce that Barry Harris has joined the team as Vice President of Global Aftermarket Parts and Services, where he will lead integral initiatives focused on profitable growth and enhanced services centered around customer success.
In his new role, Barry will oversee global growth strategies across all of BMG’s aftermarket parts and service portfolios. He will guide the development and execution of key commercial initiatives—including account management, channel expansion, and the coaching of high-performing, cross-functional teams. His priorities will include optimizing parts and service offerings, strengthening brand positioning, and driving long-term customer retention and growth.
Mr. Harris brings more than two decades of experience advancing aftermarket growth for leading industrial manufacturers. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered strong B2B results by scaling revenue, expanding product portfolios, and building market-leading digital and go-to-market capabilities across commercial markets.

BMG hires a new Senior Director of Lean
BMG announced that Jason Foster has been hired as Senior Director of Lean. Jason began his new role on July 28th, 2025. Mr. Foster has been brought on board to evaluate and implement new strategic deployment of lean manufacturing principles across all BMG facilities in the United States. He will be responsible for supporting these efforts by serving as a key change agent across the organization. In this role, Jason will also collaborate closely with all site leadership and cross-functional teams to coach and mentor staff, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of operational excellence, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Jason brings over 25 years of experience in high-performance industrial manufacturing management, a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has held leadership roles at companies such as Danaher, Parker Hannifin, Destaco (a Dover company), and SyBridge Technologies. He will leverage this extensive background to lead BMG in optimizing lean processes and driving operational excellence. Currently, he will be based out of his home in Brentwood, Tennessee, and will travel to BMG sites approximately 80% of the time.
Jason will lead BMG’s efforts to advance LEAN practices and world-class execution—cornerstones of BMG’s business—as they continue to strengthen their commitment to continuous improvement and high performance. His decades of experience leading LEAN and continuous improvement efforts across a diverse range of businesses and industries
