High Tek USA is announces a series of strategic internal promotions that reflect the company's commitment to innovation, customer support, and leadership development.

Jeremy Peterson, previously High Tek’s Service Manager, has been promoted to Applications Engineer and Senior Technical Manager. With over two decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of packaging automation, Jeremy will now lead engineering support and customer application strategies across North America.

Brent Hodge, formerly a lead Service Technician, will assume the role of Service Manager. Brent brings a strong track record of customer service and technical leadership, making him well-positioned to manage High Tek’s expanding service team and 24/7 support operations.

Greg Power, who has served as a dedicated Service Technician, has been promoted to Business Development Officer. Known for his technical insight and relationship-building skills, Greg will play a vital role in expanding High Tek’s customer base and identifying new market opportunities.
