The PT200 has vertical stationary coils for high-performance drive and
increased processing capability for faster speeds. The PT200 also
features a new bearing system and vertical mount that reduces the mass
of the movers. Designed for short and medium run applications, PackTrak can reduce
changeover times by up to 50%. Each mover has a set of magnets that interact with stationary coils to propel it along the track. PackTrak includes an absolute position sensor that eliminates the need to home the sensor at power up or after a reset.
