Called PeelPak(TM), the bag has an outer triple-wall layer of kraft paper and an inner, high-impact LDPE bag, which seals out moisture, air and contaminants. The free-floating inner bag can be removed from the outer layer with the peel-open tabs on the bottom of the bag, allowing product to be removed without the threat of contamination.
