The Pinner Easy offers simplified installation by combining a static charging bar and charging generator in one, with no need for high voltage wiring. To ensure continuous performance, the Pinner Easy features resistively coupled long-life tungsten emitters for increased safety and reduced EMI. The charging generator and bar assembly arefully serviceable allowing for maximum productivity.

For installations where a PLC or machine control system is in place, the Pinner Easy is designed with a connection to fully integrate into the existing system. In addition to bar LED indicators, a convenient remote Control Module is available for monitoring bar status and adjusting the output setting.

Offered in lengths from 15”to 60”, the Pinner Easy ensures powerful pinning where temporary bonding of materials is required with a clean, reliable install.
