Zone controller for accumulation conveyors
The system maximizes carton control and enables dramatic throughput increases for zero-pressure accumulation conveyor applications. Its patented “neighborhood mode” feature provides unprecedented carton control, slowing down product before accumulation to minimize damage, carton rotation and side-by-sides. With the ability to control the speed within each accumulation zone, ZoneFlex Advanced incrementally slows product down before accumulation, allowing the conveyor to run at faster than typical speeds, thereby increasing throughput by as much as 45%.
