CTC Parker Automation: PC control card

Designed for small- and mid-size machine control on a PCI card is the new MachineLogic™ Slot Card Runtime control card from CTC Parker Automation (Milford, OH).

It combines PC openness with PLC reliability, according to the supplier. Has its own processor and operating system to provide independent, deterministic, real-time performance. Enables simultaneous communications between different kinds of I/O-Ethernet, DeviceNet, or Profibus, for ease of systems integration, eliminating the need to buy and install separate I/O cards. IEC 61131-3-compliant, it provides 5 different programming languages, including ladder logic.
