The Filler Control System can be retrofitted to Serac's (Carol Stream, IL) net-weigh machines to provide machine control functions and statistical process reports.

The system continually monitors and adjusts each filling station to compensate for variations in final filling weights. The system automatically disables individual filling stations under no container/no fill/no cap, or no cap/no container/no fill situations. Stores up to 30 production runs and 250 product files.
