A new decaser from A-B-C Packaging (Tarpon Springs, FL) offers quick, no-tool changeover without change parts for all but the most extreme case or bottle size changes.

Adjustments can be made in minutes using hand cranks for height and weight dimensions, with locking slides for guide rails. Repeatable position indicators on adjusting shafts assure simple changeovers. The decaser unloads and single files glass or plastic bottles at speeds to 70/min.
