The Model PHS carton and tray forming and sealing machine from Peters Machinery (Chicago, IL) can form and heat-seal up to 80 cartons/min. A hot air system activates a coating on paperboard blanks to eliminate preparation time and wasted cartons.

The coating requires less bonding than a cold glue system and can run at higher speeds. Handles a wide range of blank sizes.
