Baldor has announced a new series of brushless adjustable speed controls and motors, designed to provide for adjustable-speed applications advantages such as reduced maintenance, quieter operation, efficiency, and higher torques in smaller packages.

The new control is the BMC-series with models available from ¼ to 3 HP. The new motors are BSM25 and BSM33 brushless DC motors, available with NEMA mounting from ¼ to 3 HP at 1,800 rpm.
