The CT-800 Trim-In-Place thermoformer from the Brown Machine Div. of John Brown Plastics Machinery (Beaverton, MI) uses an articulating mold to improve part ejection and stacking.

Servo motors control the platen, the plug assist and part ejection. Offers maximum mold size of 31.5" W x 17.71" L, with draws up to 5.9". Includes a quick-change tooling feature, with a preheater that's controlled by Brown's Syscom III Windows®-based microprocessor control system.
