Shell Chemicals (Houston, TX) introduces WBS1100, a new developmental polybutylene compound designed for easy-open packaging formulations. Classified as a universal peel-seal system because of its ability to adhere to both olefinic and non-olefinic substrates, it can also be sealed to polymer substrates such as PET, PE and PP.
