A universal dispensing coupler that enables powered dispensing systems to connect to most standard volume packs has been developed by Colder Products (St.

Paul, MN). The 38-mm cap includes a straight or elbow coupler for retrofits on a variety of dispensing systems. Fitted with this coupler, the dispensing system attaches easily to most standard volume pack bags used for smooth, nonparticulated sauces and condiments. Push-button connection of coupler provides fast changeovers.
