The Model SPLP plastic syringe processor from Adtech Filling and Packaging Systems (Hatboro, PA) accommodates syringe sizes from 1 to 20 cc, complete with barrel and plunger at speeds to 120 units/min.

Its patented time/pressure/orifice liquid filling system operates without pumps, eliminating particulate matter that can be generated by moving parts. Accommodates sterile injectables, oral medication, dental and industrial products. Meets FDA guidelines for cGMP facilities.
