One option is multiple thermocouples, strategically positioned in each heater block to measure sealing temperature at the tray flange for each cavity. A programming option allows sealing pressure to be controlled in pounds-per-inch for each tray sealed. Also, password protection allows only authorized operators to change these parameters.
