OMAC Meeting at Pack Expo

The OMAC Motion for Packaging working group will meet at Pack Expo Las Vegas. The group’s subcommittees are expected to issue initial position statements declaring packaging-specific open architecture requirements for motion control programming languages, commmunications networks and machine states.

The meeting is open to all show attendees and exhibitors interested in learning more about digital motion control and open architecture in packaging machinery. The meeting will be held at the Sands Hotel and Expo Center in Las Vegas, Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001 from 1 to 3 p.m. Room location will be announced at the show.
