OMAC at CMM

Converters struggling with learning and maintaining proliferating motion control technologies on their converting equipment are invited to attend an OMAC meeting to be held at CMM 2001 in Chicago. OMAC (Open Modular Architecture Controls) is an all-volunteer group that has formed a working group for packaging machinery buyers, builders and controls suppliers (see packworld.com/go/omac). The packaging group is now extending its reach to include converters and their equipment suppliers. (Packagers and their machine builders are invited, too.) The meeting will be held on April 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Room S105D.
