RMGroup’s mobile packaging plant dramatically reduces transportation time and cost by packaging products at the source of production using form/fill/seal technology to bag the product, and bulk hoppers and robot stacking systems for automated bag stacking.

The made-to-order system is capable of handling harsh terrain, and can arrive on site and begin the bagging process within an hour.

The systems serve European quarry, aggregate, and coal and salt suppliers, either on a short-term rental, contract packing, or permanent basis.

RMGroup recently invested in designing and manufacturing a new mobile baling system, which currently serves clients on a short-term rental or contract packing service. The system is capable of baling small bales of straw, miscanthus, hay, silage, animal bedding, and more.
