Due to the growth achieved by Shawpak since its inception in 2014, the directors of Riverside Medical Packaging Ltd have decided to split the operations into two separate legal trading entities, which will result in the trading activities of Shawpak transferring to Shawpak Limited.
The new Shawpak company will have the same ownership and Directors as Riverside Medical Packaging Ltd. Given that Shawpak has always operated as a separate division, there will be no change to its day-to-day activities. Post demerger, Shawpak Ltd will continue the strong collaboration with Riverside Medical Packaging on providing technical and innovation support ensuring the highest levels of service to their customers.
