Its high powered vacuum fills a 55 gallon drum in less than two minutes. Then with the simple turn of a knob, the same stainless steel pump quickly empties the drum. The Reversible Drum Vac is compressed air powered and attaches to the included drum. It is extremely quiet at 86 dBA, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. Long Ionizing Bars Eliminate Static Cling
EXAIR’s new Long Ionizing Bars are now available to eliminate static electricity on paper, film and plastics that are up to 96″ (2438mm) wide. Static electricity can attract dust and foreign materials, ruin product appearance, produce tearing or jamming and zap personnel. The profile of the electrically powered Ionizing Bar is compact, allowing it to fit in the confined spaces of machinery, where the static charge is generated. A high concentration of positive and negative ions produce fast static decay, neutralizing any surface within 2″ (51mm) of the bar. The long length of the Ionizing Bars allows them to be used across large production lines. The unique design of the shockless Ionizing Bar offers improved performance and reliability in industrial applications. Life expectancy has been extended by insertion molding the stainless steel ion emitters into a durable plastic. The ability to eliminate static can be greatly improved when attaching a Super Air Knife to the Ionizing Bar. The Super Ion Air Knife delivers more ions and is effective from a greater distance which is ideal for high speed, high charge applications. New High Power Flat Air Nozzle Saves Space and Money
EXAIR's new 1" High Power Flat Super Air Nozzle produces a flat 1" (25mm) wide airstream with a strong blowing force of 16 ounces (462g) when mounted 12" (305mm) from the target. The unique design of this super-efficient nozzle makes it an ideal fit for both tight spaces and tight budgets. The 1" High Power Flat Super Air Nozzle uses EXAIR's patented technology to maximize entrained airflow while reducing noise levels. A precise amount of air is released through the 0.025" (0.64mm) air gap opening that is set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the body and removable cap. The airstream pulls in surrounding room air to produce a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow. Air consumption is 17.5 SCFM (495 SLPM) at 80 PSIG. The 82 dBA sound level is below the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a). Force and flow may be easily adjusted by installing different shim thicknesses. Optional swivel fittings and Stay Set Flexible Hoses to aim the nozzle are also available. The 1" High Power Flat Super Air Nozzle is available in zinc aluminum alloy construction, suitable for rugged industrial applications. Applications include ejecting heavy parts and slugs, chip removal, part cleaning, drying, liquid blowoff and cooling. Atto Super Air Nozzle For Precise Blowoff
EXAIR’s new Atto Super Air Nozzle™ has been engineered to produce the highest performance attainable from a tiny nozzle. It delivers the smallest, most precise blowoff with an efficient, high volume, high velocity airflow. The overall length of the air nozzle measures only 0.50" (12.7mm) with a diameter of only 0.16" (4mm), permitting installation in tight spaces. The durable Type 316 stainless steel construction is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications located in general industrial, high temperature, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or corrosive environments. The Model 1108SS Atto Super Air Nozzle provides a narrowly focused air pattern. High amplification of airflow and a strong blowing force of 2.0 ounces (56.7 grams) are achieved with minimal air consumption of 2.5 SCFM at 80 PSIG. Safe operation is assured since the airflow of the Atto Super Air Nozzle cannot be blocked, which meets the OSHA standard for dead-end pressure 29 CFR 1910.242(b). Sound level is very low at 58 dBA and meets OSHA noise requirement 29 CFR 1910.95(a), as well as being CE compliant. The Atto Super Air Nozzle is designed to easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes. The compressed air inlet is male M4 X 0.5.
