Fogg Filler, a designer and manufacturer of rotary filling systems for the beverage industry, is excited to announce Mike George, Customer Care Manager, as the recipient of ProMach's 2024 Superior Performance Award for the Filling Business Line.
ProMach's Superior Performance Award recognizes employees who demonstrate exceptional customer service. Recipients are employees who go above and beyond to provide customers with the best service in the industry. Mike was nominated for this award by Kristin Woiteshek, LCM Director at Fogg, specifically for his outstanding and ongoing efforts during a machine installation in 2023.
"This location has six Fogg Fillers onsite and added a major machine installation mid-year in 2023. All the project work, service audits, and then significant installation took Mike's 1x/week trip to their facility and increased it to 4-5 days per week in the second half of 2023. Mike was onsite to be the face of Fogg, the ears of the customer, and the project leader on a day-to-day basis from the end of July through mid-December of 2023," said Woiteshek.
"Mike does a great job of continuously checking in to see if we need any additional support, even if we’re not currently on a project together. He does a good job of giving feedback to us so we can keep building a higher performance partnership," said the customer.
"Rarely do I have to reach out to Mike myself when and if I need something, as he is constantly checking to make sure our team is getting what we need. His proactive communication skills and commitment has been extremely helpful. He is customer focused and drives results."
Throughout a tenure spanning over 17 years, Mike has been an indispensable cornerstone of the Fogg team. Mike's selection for this award reflects his commitment to exceeding customer expectations and his steadfast dedication to advancing the mission of the company.
