New palletizer doubles production

TMG makes case packers and palletizers for rigid bottles. At IPACK IMA in Milan, Italy, TMG introduced the Sirio 2S high level palletizer, capable of handling up to 6,000 bundles per hour. A dynamic manipulation and pre-formation system forms layers without stopping the movement of bundles.

The new palletizer can doubles production compared to traditional 90-degree sweep palletizers, and do it in a small footprint.  Using a scalable software platform developed with B&R Industrial Automation, TMG delivers exceptional flexibility, reliability, value and performance.
