The versatile HS handles a variety of products including food, beverage, confectionery, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household cleaners. Superior product control during carton loading is achieved via overhead compression and articulating in-feed buckets with integral pusher heads.
The HS adheres to Category 3 Safety compliance and is available in wash down configuration with welded stainless steel base frame. Other system features include enclosed gear drives, gentle product transfer from filling machine to cartoner, servo-driven rotary carton setup, articulated product buckets, Nordson hot melt glue system and controls from Rockwell Automation.
