The new machine boasts an easy to use control panel that provides the flexibility to create customized wrap patterns for each unique application.

The machine, which can wrap up to 35 loads per hour, has adjustable carriage and turntable speeds.  The Raptor Plus also has adjustable top and bottom wraps and can store up to 15programs.  A motorized power pre-stretch system (260%) with adjustable film tension control guarantees users optimalfilm usage.  Film tension control ensures superior load containment and helps eliminate film breaks and product damage.

A key feature of the Raptor Plus is that the film carriage is housed inside the tower.  This significantly reduces the risk of damage to this critical component and helps reduce maintenance and the overall cost of ownership.  This unique design allows for very simple, safe, and ergonomic film threading.  An access ramp, load stabilizer and larger 79” turntable diameter are available as optional upgrades.
