Douglas Machine’s rack open divider placing technology maintains control of the divider from the time it is picked from the magazine until it is placed between the products, increasing case packing production speeds to 60 cycles per minute.

Higher speeds are achieved by adding additional divider placers. Uninterrupted machine operation is possible with blank placement between the products. Only one magazine per divider placer is required, maximizing floor space. Overhead blank loading is eliminated, satisfying ergonomics. Quick-attach replacement heads assures quick, tool-free changeovers. Smooth, continuous motion operation reduces maintenance.
