Hartness International: Shrink packer

Hartness has launched a new shrink packer system designed to leverage and enhance existing technology as is used on the company’s Model 2650 Case Packer.

This technology offers a simpler, stronger design that is easy to operate, allows faster changeovers, and runs trays and plastic shells. Uses only 2 servo drives compared to the 4 or more used by some other systems. One servo runs the main drive and all main functions, while the second drives the film transport and the connected cutting unit. Also features wide film width of 371¼2”.
