A-B-C (Tarpon Springs, FL) offers a tier-sheet placer designed to place a single sheet between middle layers of palletized loads to aid stability. Tier placer can be used to place a single top sheet on pallet loads if required.

Constructed of heavy gauge tubular steel, the device is fixed to the palletizer’s elevator column. It uses 6 independent vacuum cups to ensure positive pickup and placement of tier-sheets, and offers a 17” overall stroke for tier sheet placement.
