Columbia Machine: Infeed device

Columbia Machine’s (Vancouver, WA) new turning infeed device is designed for floor-level case palletizers to provide greater case control and soft handling, company says.

Combined with a lane diverter and centering capabilities, the system is ideal for palletizing case styles that require special handling, including bliss and display cases. Also available is “labels-out” case palletizing and a split-roller section controlled by 4 servo or electric drives. System is capable of turning cases 90, 180, or 270 degrees with pinpoint accuracy at high speeds.
