Shure-Glue’s (Cincinnati, OH) NC-40 hot-melt applicator is built for medium-speed, high-volume case sealing. Solid-state controls, precise RTD temperature sensors, and accurate temperature control are included.

Machine’s melt rate (37 lb/hour) and holding capacity (40 lb) make it ideal for many applications including high-consumption applications. System includes independent control of each heated zone, independent/redundant safety circuits, prepackaged quick-change parts, cast-in heating elements, easy hose routing with 45° manifold face, and more.
