Starting at less than $250ꯠ, the RP 240 robotic case packer from Edson (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) top loads light or heavy products into small or large packages at speeds to 15 cases/min, or 50 layers/min.

The machine handles cases from 7”x7”x4” to 22”x15”x8”. Changeover takes less than 5 min., mostly done via the operator touchscreen.

It can handle a multitude of products such as rolled products, beverage, flexible packaging, fragile packaging and special odd shaped products or those that need to remain upright.
