So it’s no surprise that the firm recently added a new CSK 50 T ERGON automatic shrink wrapper from SMI to its operations. The machine accurately packs glass jars of product in tray + film, pad + film, film-only, or tray-only formats with an output to 50 packs/min.
This investment, notes Rabe Spreewalder Konserven, increases production efficiency and meets the needs of an even more demanding clientele that continually seeks out new and innovative packaging. Because the firm produces such a wide range of products, the packaging machinery in which it invests must be flexible and easy to adapt to new formats. The CSK compact shrink wrapper is just such a machine.
