Pouch sealer seals Tyvek pouches up to 40 ft./min., and is supplied with verification ports for process validation of pressure, speed, and temperature.

Embossing coder is also available. Sealer provides a 3/8 in. wide hermetic seal. A pressure wheel can be added to provide a flat seal. System includes a synchronized conveyor and self-contained air compressor.
