Liquid filling machine for extra large tote containers
The Ideal-Pak PT-BF-XL can be configured with a heavy duty powered in-feed conveyor to move empty totes and drums onto a powered scale conveyor for filling. Once filled, the containers are transported to an exit conveyor for bung attachment, labeling and final packaging. The flexible Ideal-Pak Model PT-BF-XL tote filling machine can be configured to accept a variety of drums and super-size totes, including metal, all-plastic and HDPE containers, in addition to standard 55 gal. drums. The PT-BF-XL filling machine is well suited to a wide variety of industrial filling applications, including paint/coatings, lubricants and chemicals.
