The stainless steel, low-noise, low-energy modular AirCo air conveyor moves PET bottles on an adjustable cushion of air provided by specialized radial blowers.

From Krones (Franklin, WI). The AirCo system can be easily adapted to link any two bottling lines. Accessory guide rails that can be adjusted manually or automatically allow the use of many different PET bottle types. Frequency converters on the drives allow precise speed control. The system is easily controlled via touchscreen to allow fast access to operational settings. Options are available for semi-aseptic and hygienic operations.
