At Madison's Grand Avenue Chocolate in La Verne, CA, Thiele pick-and-place equipment puts thermoformed trays on parallel conveyor belts and two Quattro robots from Adept do the rest. Either 6-, 9-, or 12-cavity trays can be packed. Look for additional details in upcoming issues of Packaging World.
