DuPont Packaging (Wilmington, DE) and Teknor Apex (Pawtucket, RI) have formed a strategic alliance to jointly develop, manufacture and market cap liner compounds for the Americas.

—Honeywell (Phoenix, AZ) will sell its web inspection business to Cognex Corp. (Natick, MA) and form an exclusive alliance with Cognex to provide web inspection systems to Honeywell customers worldwide. —Rexam Closures & Containers (Evansville, IN) has joined forces with Setco, Inc. (Anaheim, CA) in a partnership that will expand the cos.’ role as worldwide suppliers to healthcare customers. —Teklynx Intl. (Milwaukee, WI) and Zebra Technologies Corp. (Vernon Hills, IL) have signed an agreement that will enable Zebra to use Teklynx’s modular, multilanguage software architecture. —Westvaco Corp. (New York, NY) has licensed the rights to market Nocopoi Technologies’ (West Conshohocken, PA) patented authentication, anti-counterfeit and anti-diversion process for primary and secondary packaging. —AGR Intl., Inc. (Butler, PA) has purchased the majority interest in TopWave Industries, Ltd. (Marietta, GA).
