Dalemark Industries, Inc.: High-resolution ink jet printers

Dalemark announces the introduction of its Series 400 Model DOTMARK high resolution ink jet printers; a line of simple, low cost, self-contained coders designed to replace more costly, larger, multi-fluid continuous ink jet (C.I.J.) coders, as well as many drop-on-demand coders.

Units are constructed of anodized aluminum and include: an integrated touchscreen keypad for easy simple standalone copy inputs; conveyor mounting hardware; and a photocell product detector. These units are compact and ideal for coding text, graphics and/or barcodes on bottles, cans, cartons, cases, pallets, parts, etc.

Tide’s polypropylene caps undergo LaserSharp marking on two sides. On the left, we see an inverted bottle where Tide’s blue detergent is completely filling the dosing cap. Fill-level guidelines are visible both when detergent is in the cap as pictured, and when the cap is empty. On the upper right, we see the OXI logo on the other side of the cap. This branding/logo was also marked on the cap in the LaserSharp process.
