Expanded ACTExact line of UV Shrink Inks now includes a full-color palette as well as an opaque white, in response to consumer demand.

ACTEGA North America, a member of global specialty ink, coatings, and sealants company ALTANA AG, is launching a line of UV shrink inks to enhance its ACTExact™ system. This system is the next generation of shrink inks that provide strong stability and wider operating windows that the newer print stations demand.

Viscosity and stability play a critical role for today’s newly-designed print stations/ With that in mind, the company expanded its ACTExactUV Shrink Inks to include a full-color palette as well as an opaque white in response to consumer demand for inks that provide increased press efficiencies.

This ink system may be used for both shrink and pressure-sensitive label applications, enhancing its appeal for printers seeking operational versatility and convenience.
