Seiko Corp. (Mishima, Japan) has introduced the FPW Series of pouch fillers for liquids. In these monobloc systems, pouches are conveyed through the filling and heat-sealing stations in patent-pending holders that cycle back to receive a new pouch after the present one is filled and discharged.

The machines operate at speeds to 150 pouches/min and accommodate pouches that range from 110- to 130-mm W x 220- to 260-mm H.
