Rohrer: Co-adhesive coated cards

Designed to increase speed to market, Rohrer’s Co-adhesive coated card packaging can be sealed by hand, and does not require seal tooling or machinery to produce finished packages.

The seal is initiated by applying pressure to the cards, which is done using a small rolling tool or a sealing machine. However, no heat is required to initiate the seal as the pressure alone activates the adhesive material. This means that no seal tooling or machinery is required to produce a finished package.

Because no seal tooling or machinery is required with co-adhesive technology, the cost to launch a project is decreased significantly.  Retail or club store projects that require small quantities to be turned around quickly can easily be accomplished as co-adhesive technology allows production of small package quantities rapidly.

Co-adhesive technology eliminates the need to operate sealing machinery, which saves energy and money.
