The AQ90BK is a black aqueous ink which provides end users with excellent performance over a range of applications, as well as being a cost-effective option compared with UV-curable ink solutions.

Developed by Domino to work reliably with the latest generation high-speed print heads used in its K600i printer, this new ink is for use on porous substrates commonly used in transactional, book, newspaper, mailing, ticket and form applications.

The environmentally-friendly AQ90BK ink delivers exceptional in-printer performance thanks to a combination of low viscosity and low evaporation rates. It provides excellent end user properties on porous substrates including high optical density, low show through and superior image quality. With good adhesion and scratch resistance, it also allows for decap times of up to one hour at 23° Celsius.

AQ90BK is ideal for variable data printing (VDP) including barcodes, 2D codes such as data matrix and QR codes, graphics, addresses and transactional data. All of these options are offered by Domino’s K600i monochrome printer, which is designed to integrate VDP within existing sheet and web-fed presses and finishing lines, or can be delivered as a standalone digital press.

Both ink and flush are available immediately in 5 litre bottles.
