Sun Chemical acquires Joules Angstrom U.V. Printing Inks Corp.

By combining the complementary portfolio of products from the Pataskala, OH-based company with Sun Chemical’s full range of global resources, customers will benefit from the synergies between both companies

Sun Chemical acquired Joules Angstrom U.V. Printing Inks Corp., a manufacturer of UV printing inks for converters in the commercial, packaging, and specialty markets.

By combining the complementary portfolio of products from the Pataskala, OH-based company with Sun Chemical’s full range of global resources, customers will benefit from the synergies between both companies.
