Hello everyone. I'm Antonio Orru with ROBOPAC USA. I'm the southeast regional sales manager, and this is our high-speed rotary ring called Thunder. This is a stretch wrapper, a fully automatic stretch wrapper, capable of 120 pallets an hour. It is equipped with with our variable adjustable pre-stretch called cube technology, so we can pre-stretch up to 400%.

And we control the pre-stretch in different zone of the pallet, so it's strategic placing of pre-stretch film. And also, we control, with an electronic system, how much tension we want to place on the corner of the loads. This is to prevent deformation of the pallets and the loads, but also to increase the stability of the loads during transportation.

This system is equipped with a fully automatic roll film changer, so the system is pretty much fully automatic, and it reloads once the film is ended. And we have two stations in order to guarantee a certain continuity with the wrapping cycle. The machine is built with Allen-Bradley components, also is UL certified.

And of course, we have other version of this system that are even faster. It's called the Thunder Slash Two, which is faster than this one, which is equipped only with a film roll carriage. If you need to learn more about our system and systems, you can log on ROBOPACusa.com, or just give us a call, or just visit our booth here at the Pack Expo. We're gonna be here until Wednesday.
