NJM Model 403 Final Touch print and apply labeler

Built for product manufacturers and contract packers handling foods, beverages and nutraceuticals, the NJM Model 403 Final Touch print and apply labeler can apply 1- to 4-1/4-in.-high and 2- to 12-in.-wide side labels, top labels, corner wrap labels and two-panel labels with a variety of optional tamp or wipe-on applicators, while the thermal transfer printer offers 203-dpi resolution and an option for 300 dpi. The labeler includes an Allen Bradley PLC and 4.3-in. PanelView PLUS 7 color touchscreen; a powder-coated floor base and aluminum vertical column mount; off-the-shelf electronics; recipe-controlled electronic adjustments; full IQ/OQ validation support; and turnkey line integration. A swiveling yoke option allows the labeler to be flipped from vertical to horizontal orientation to change over between top and side labeling configurations. Depending on the application, the unit is capable of labeling secondary packages at speeds up to 60 ppm.
