The EasyPrint c is perfect for printing code dates, pricing, variable information and scannable bar codes directly onto package substrates such as film, foil, paper and chipboard cartons. The new EasyPrint c is still available in both 2” and

5”widths and replaces conventional hot stamp and hot ink coders on all horizontal flow wrappers, baggers, cartons and any continuous moving webs at print speeds up to 1200 mm per second.

EasyPrint c offers high quality printing of text and bar codes using our 12 dot 300 print head with a print area of up to 5" (127 mm) x 7.5" (190 mm). No production downtime is attained with our cassette loaded ribbon changer which accepts large 400 meter rolls of transfer ribbon. In addition to our unique foil-saving feature that electronically adjusts the foil index length to maximize the number of prints per roll, we also have two new methods of ribbon saving: The retraction method, and the fading method.

Controls are mounted in a remote control box thereby reducing the size of the print head making for easy installation on all continuous motion packaging machines. The EasyPrint c also employs a power interruption safety interlock so when the ribbons cassette is removed no operation of internal components can take place.
