Versatile liquid filler
System fills a wide range of container shapes, in volumes from 15 mL to 5 gal., on the same machine, at speeds up to 250 containers/min. Operator interface is housed in sealed NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure. PLC is available in user’s choice of several major manufacturers, including Allen Bradley. Operator interface is available in choice of four line x 20 backlit LCD display, 7.5 in. color VGA touchscreen, or PC based industrial work station with 15 in. active matrix touch screen display.
Easy operator interface provides access to every filler control function including pump speed, volume, and cut-off adjustment (COA) for electronic control of no-drip fill cut-off.
