It automatically feeds a plastic tube with a leashed screw cap, then fills it and applies a cap. A cam-operated leash-folding mechanism locates the cap and folds the leash in half so that a rotating seating plunger can pre-thread the cap onto the tube. Tubes then advance to a final torquing station. Both liquids and powders can be handled at speeds to 100 containers/min.
