The filling impeller has been enlarged, permitting higher throughput and faster filling. The three-position cylinder, which controls coarse and fine feed, is located vertically outside the contaminated area to protect it from dust. The bag discharge cylinder is also situated in the dust-free area above the filling spout. This reduces wear on both cylinders helping to ensure a longer service life.
The fillpac R bag filling machine has also been equipped with an automatic bag weight correction system which automatically adjusts the weights of subsequent bags.
