A low-inertia collet chuck applies screw or snap caps to irregularly shaped containers on the new filler/capper line from National Instrument (Baltimore, MD).

Filling 3 to 2200 mL of water-thin, semi-viscous or viscous liquids at speeds to 25 cpm, the machine memorizes fill volumes, cap torque, diagnostic information and run time. No tools are required for changeover of cap sizes.
